Guided by a certified IEATA Creative Wellness Service Initiative facilitator, these non-clinical, expressive arts workshops offer a safe space to explore mindfulness, resilience, and self-care. Whether you're new to art or looking to deepen your skills, you'll build confidence and creative expression in a supportive, therapeutic environment. Adults 19+, materials provided, no experience needed.
