Shipping policy

• Do you ship outside of Canada and the US? 

As of 2025, we ship in Canada and China only.

• How much is shipping?

Each piece is unique, and a quote will be generated when you enter an address for the destination of the artwork. The cost of shipping is based on the weight and dimensions of the piece, but also where it is going. We ship via Canada Post or alternative carriers

• Can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on your purchase.

**Please remember to put your FULL ADDRESS (street number, Suite number, postal code) and phone number in your account details.**

• When will I receive my package?

Fulfillment times may vary. Standard shipping orders and local delivery will arrive in 7-10 business days under regular circumstances.

 

COVID-19 Update, 2023

 

We work with Canada Post to ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfilment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer than usual, but your order will reach you.
