Our Creative Wellness Box aka Octopus Art Subscription Box, is a 3-month creative wellness live online art session.

Experience the joy of self-expression with the Creative Wellness class, a unique therapeutic journey that combines creativity and wellness. Each box includes 6 live online expressive art sessions. Each session is facilitated by a professional artist that certified as both Creative Wellness and Forest Bathing guide.

The art sessions will revolve around the beauty of natural environments. Our goal is to take your Art out into nature and practice Mindfulness.

We’ve designed our Art Box to support creative learning by initiating meaningful dialogue. Each box offers unique live sessions, activities and ideas to explore with the creative minds of different ages and levels. We hope that the process of art making will foster connection and collaboration and spark ideas within your community.
