A unique new workshop is inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing and designed to support personal wellness through creativity and connection with nature.
In this workshop, we invite you to slow down and experience mindfulness through creative outdoor activities. Enjoy the calming practice of Forest Bathing and engage in creative art-making in nature that fosters resilience, wellness, and self-care.
You'll also explore simple, mindful art techniques that can be easily integrated into your everyday life.
The workshop is led by a Professional Artist/ Creative Wellness guide.
Sessions will take place entirely outdoors, locations rotating according to the activities and weather. 19+, materials provided, no experience required.
