Experience the calming effects of Forest Bathing and Nature Sketching/ Journaling. We take a moment to breathe and center ourselves. This program offers a sanctuary for everyone to explore mindfulness techniques that can be seamlessly integrated into your daily routine, promoting balance and resilience.
Learn techniques that can be easily implemented in daily life to reduce stress, enhance focus, and create a positive environment. Join us as we integrate mindfulness practices and artistic expression to foster your personal well-being. This workshop is enjoyable and meaningful for youth and adults. No art skills experience is necessary, just an open mind to learn and play.
All session is facilitated by a certified Forest Bathing and Creative Wellness guide. Using the Expressive Arts approach, these non-clinical workshops are focused on therapeutic presence where participants can create art in nature that encourages resilience, wellness and self-care. Small class sizes to ensure positive experiences.
